Who you'll work with
You’ll join a passionate team dedicated to growing the club’s brand and engaging members. You’ll collaborate closely with the director of the club, the operations lead, Padel/Golf coaches, and a great team of hosts, to create compelling stories and campaigns that connect with our community and elevate the club’s presence across all channels.
Who we're looking for
We’re looking for a creative and proactive marketeer who loves sports and knows how to turn ideas into impactful campaigns. You thrive on storytelling, understand digital trends, and can manage multiple projects. You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexible working hours and know how to engage colleagues and audiences authentically.
Key qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
2+ years of experience in content creation and campaign management
Familiarity with social media platforms and analytics tools
Proficiency in video shooting and editing tools (e.g., Adobe, Final Cut, Canva)
Strong writing and storytelling skills
Ability to manage timelines and deliver high-quality work
Proactive and not afraid to take initiative
A passion for sports is a must, Golf and/or Padel is a strong plus

Continue the current marketing of Padel NEXT
Launch the marketing of NEXT Golf (opening in May 2026)
You’ll create inspiring content, manage marketing campaigns, and bring the club’s story to life across digital and offline channels for both brands. You’ll grow new audiences, explore partnerships, and help deliver events, working across two dynamic entities: Padel NEXT and NEXT Golf.
Your responsibilities:
Develop and execute (cross) marketing campaigns for Padel and Golf
Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, events and the website
Highlight community, collaborations and events
Manage timelines and budgets for marketing projects
Stay ahead of trends to keep our marketing fresh and relevant
